Welcome to the eHCA client portal. Healthcare Australia's eHCA client portal will provide you more timely information, and provide an electronic way to communicate with us. Of course, we still have our Operations Centre for priority and personal contact, but the eHCA website will save you time and give you information at your fingertips!

Please read through this document, and see how easy it is to register and use the eHCA website.

The eHCA website provides information and services to you, our clients. You can view your booked shifts, enter shifts, enter bulk shifts, and schedule regular lists of shifts to be emailed.

To access eHCA, go to the Healthcare Australia website and select the eHCA LOGIN SIGN IN NOW link.

Healthcare Australia has also developed an app which allows field staff members to have their shift authorised electronically eliminating the need to have hard-copy paper timesheets signed at the client, and the need to post or fax them into the office. The app allows field staff to have their timesheet signed by the shift authoriser directly onto their electronic device.
